Submission Guidelines:

  1. Originality: All articles must be original and unpublished. Plagiarized or AI-generated content without significant human editorial input will not be accepted.

  2. Length: Articles should typically range between 800 to 1,200 words. Longer submissions may be accepted based on topic and depth.

  3. Format:

    • Use clear headings and subheadings.

    • Submit in .doc or .docx format.

    • Avoid footnotes; use hyperlinks where appropriate.

  4. Language: English (UK). Ensure the tone is professional, informative, and accessible.

  5. References: Credibly sourced data, quotes, and facts must be appropriately attributed with hyperlinks or brief citations.

  6. Images & Charts: If submitting visuals, ensure they are copyright-free or appropriately licensed and cited.

  7. Author Bio: Include a short bio (50-100 words), your designation, institutional affiliation (if any), and a high-resolution photo.

  8. Review Process: Submissions are reviewed by our editorial team. Acceptance is subject to editorial discretion. We reserve the right to edit submissions for clarity, grammar, and length.

  9. Publication: Accepted articles may be published in print, digital formats, or both. Contributors will be notified upon publication.

  3. Business Leaders & Senior Executives : C-suite executives, business leaders and senior professionals who can bring first-hand industry experience, practical insights and perspectives from the Europe–India business corridor.

  4. Policymakers & Diplomats : Current and former policymakers, parliamentarians, diplomats and practitioners with direct experience of Europe–India engagement.

  5. Other Experienced Practitioners : Professionals with substantial experience or specialised knowledge who can offer an informed and distinctive perspective on a relevant subject.

    We particularly value articles that go beyond describing an issue and instead offer analysis, evidence, experience or a clear point of view.

Submission & Editorial Review

All submissions are subject to editorial review.

Submitting an article does not guarantee publication. The editorial team may request revisions, additional information, references or supporting material before making a final editorial decision.

We may also determine that a submission is better suited to another EICBI platform or publication.
